At ProfileXpert, a product of Techmobilize Innovations Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide high-quality digital business card services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our subscription plans.

1. Subscription Plans

• ₹49/month plan
• ₹399/year plan

2. No Refunds on Digital Services

All purchases of ProfileXpert subscriptions are non-refundable as they grant immediate access to premium features. Once a subscription is activated, we do not offer refunds or partial reimbursements, including in the following cases:

• You no longer wish to use the service.
• You purchased the subscription by mistake.
• You did not use the premium features.
• You encountered technical issues that were not reported to us for resolution.

3. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• You were charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
• You were charged after canceling the subscription before the renewal date.
• A duplicate charge \ for the same subscription.

To request a refund under these exceptions, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email us at info@techmobilize.in with the following details:

• Your registered email and phone number.
• Payment transaction ID.
• Reason for the refund request.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your ProfileXpert account settings or the respective app store (Google Play Store/App Store).

Cancellation stops auto-renewal, but your current subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period after cancellation.
